The Korean Cultural Centre Libraries

The Korean Cultural Centres are operational in 20 countries around the world. These have been established and are being maintained by Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism, Govt. of Korea under the banner of Korean Culture & Information Service. They are part and parcel of Korean culture and are aimed at spreading rich Korean cultural values in the countries they are located in. These cultural centres are offering different services to local population. The Ist and foremost are the Korean languages courses. Then there are art museums, libraries, theatres for performances and movie shows etc. The centres tend to get close to the local population and develop not only political but cultural relations also.
