Membership

The libraries offer membership for a period of 3 years and is renewable thereafter. There is no membership fee, but a refundable security needs to be paid at the time of Ist registration. This secutiry is carried forward during periodical renewals. The membership form can be obtained from the concerned library and is provided free.

The duly filled form should be attested as under,

• from a gazetted officer in case of general public
• from the principal/headmaster of the institution in case of students &
• from senior official with DDO powers in case of working professionals.

Duly filled form should be deposited at the concerned library along with two photographs and requisite security amount as under:
